Resorts Locksmith Services was founded in 2015 with a clear mission: to provide reliable, professional locksmith services to the vacation rental market and broader community of the Emerald Coast. What started as a small operation quickly earned the trust of property managers and homeowners from Destin to Panama City Beach.
From the beginning, we saw a gap in the market — vacation rental owners needed a locksmith who understood the unique challenges of short-term rental security. We built our business around that need, delivering responsive service and specialized solutions.

Our specialization in vacation rental properties is what sets us apart. We became the exclusive Dormakaba Oracode distributor for Florida's Emerald Coast, bringing cutting-edge keyless entry and access control technology to the region's property managers and rental owners.
With hundreds of installations across 30A communities, Destin, and Panama City Beach, we developed a deep understanding of the operational challenges facing short-term rental businesses and built streamlined solutions to address them.

In 2022, Resorts Locksmith Services joined forces with A to Z Lock & Safe and A to Z Security & Sound under new ownership. Caleb Harmon and Rich Tiberg — entrepreneurs with backgrounds in mechanical engineering — saw the opportunity to bring these trusted brands together.
Today, our combined family of businesses operates three brick-and-mortar locations along the Emerald Coast: Mary Esther, Destin, and Santa Rosa Beach—and we continue to service the Panama City Beach area. This means more technicians, faster response times, and an even more comprehensive range of security solutions for our customers.
